Type makes processing returns easy and painless. If you received the wrong item please do the following:

Customer Care hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern). 

Please be sure to include your last name and approximate order date. 

STEP 2 - FEDEX RETURN LABEL will email you a FedEx return label. Simply print the pre-paid return label and adhere it to the original box your wine was shipped. Call Fed Ex to schedule the pick up. If the box was damaged, we will ship you an empty box with the return label inside.

FedEx will pick up your return shipment from the address it was delivered to and send it back to us. Your refund will be processed when the package has arrived back to our warehouse. It may take a few days for the credit to show up on your account. Wine orders will be returned to our retail store location at:

New Rochelle, NY 10801 accepts returns for orders that were improperly processed, spoiled wine, or damages. We are unable to accept returns for any orders that are received in good condition (properly processed orders). 

You may cancel an order at any time before your order ships. Once the order is processed (the same time you are provided with the Fed Ex tracking number e-mail) the wine becomes your property. You may cancel an order by contacting Customer Care by any of the following methods:

When you place an order, obtains a pre-authorization to charge your card for the amount of the order. Your credit card is not actually charged until your order is shipped, the money is put on hold until the order is processed.
