GetWineOnline.com makes processing returns easy and painless. If you received the wrong item, wrong vintage or another problem, please do the following:

Please be sure to include your last name and approximate order date.
STEP 2 - ATTACH FEDEX RETURN LABEL GetWineOnline.com will email you a FedEx return label. Simply print the pre-paid return label and adhere it to the original box your wine was shipped in. If the box was damaged, we will ship you an empty box with the return label inside.
STEP 3 - RETURN THE WINE FedEx will pick up your return shipment at your home and send it back to us. Once your shipment arrives, your refund will be processed. Wine orders will be returned to our retail store location at:

GetWineOnline.com accepts returns for orders that were improperly processed, spoiled wine, damages or incorrect vintages. We are unable to accept returns for any orders that are received in good condition (properly processed orders).

When you place an order, GetWineOnline.com obtains a pre-authorization to charge your card for the amount of the order. Your credit card is not actually charged until your order is shipped.
