GetWineOnline.com makes processing returns easy and painless. If you received the wrong item, wrong vintage or another problem, please do the following:

STEP 1 - CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Contact our Customer Care team to notify us about any issue you may be having. You may contact Customer Care by any of the following methods:

C) Call us toll-free at (800) 518-0899

Customer Care hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern)

Please be sure to include your last name and approximate order date. 

STEP 2 - ATTACH FEDEX RETURN LABEL
GetWineOnline.com will email you a FedEx return label. Simply print the pre-paid return label and adhere it to the original box your wine was shipped in. If the box was damaged, we will ship you an empty box with the return label inside.

STEP 3 - RETURN THE WINE
FedEx will pick up your return shipment from the address it was delivered to and send it back to us. Once Fed Ex picks up the package, your refund will be processed. It may take a few days for the credit to show up on your account. Wine orders will be returned to our retail store location at:

GetWineOnline.com accepts returns for orders that were improperly processed, spoiled wine, or damages. We are unable to accept returns for any orders that are received in good condition (properly processed orders). 

CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may cancel an order at any time before your order ships. You may cancel an order by contacting Customer Care by any of the following methods:

When you place an order, GetWineOnline.com obtains a pre-authorization to charge your card for the amount of the order. Your credit card is not actually charged until your order is shipped, the money is put on hold until the order is processed.
