WILL CALL ORDERS
Will Call is service where our customers first order online (These days, people do an awful lot of thinking, fantasizing and buying of wine & spirits during work hours.), and then go to the store to pick up pre-purchased bottles.
To utilize this service just select the box - [I will be using a different address for shipping or picking up my order at the store] when you are on BILLING INFORMATION page, and click [CONTINUE]. On the next page click on box - [Don’t ship it to me… I’ll pick it up]. then proceed with you checkout as usual.
If you place an order today, we make every attempt to get your order ready for pick up as soon as possible. Orders placed today will normally be ready for pickup on the next business day, providing all items are in stock. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. All orders that are placed must be pulled in the order, that they were received, to ensure that each customer gets the requested items in proper order.
You will be notified by email that your order is ready to be picked up.

Hours of operations are Mon - Thur: 10:00AM- 9:00PM. Fri - Sat: 10:00AM- 10:00PM . Sun: 12:00PM - 9:00PM
To pick up your order at Wine & Spirits Discount Warehouse store,
You must bring a valid photo identification card and a print out of the order confirmation for the order that you are picking up.
