Aged for 10 months on 70% French and 30% American oak, this wine has been fined and filtered to create a smooth, rich, medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine will pair nicely with spicy lamb sliders, portabella mushroom and bacon pizza or a flat iron steak with white
cheddar mashed potatoes.
