Wine Spectator 89 points - This ripe white, with orange blossom and orange peel notes united by a honey flavor and a creamy texture, starts out lush, finishing in a more focused, vibrant way. Drink now through 2020. 50 cases imported.-BS

Vinous 88 points - Subtle, pure nose offers pear and flowers. Precise and nicely balanced although not particularly fleshy, with an intriguing saline complexity to the white stone fruit and floral flavors. Still youthfully tight and firm on the finish, but without a phenolic edge. Half of these vines are more than 55 years of age, according to Morey. Like the village wine and the Macharelles, this wine was racked in the spring and Morey planned to bottle it prior to the 2014 harvest.
