Color - Dark purple
Bouquet - Intense; reminiscent of blackberries and licorice, supported by notes of black pepper
Taste - A wonderful combination of the New World & Old World styles as this wine has lots of fresh cherry and black plum fruit flavors against an intense, spicy, mineral background. This wine has a silky texture and a glossy finish.
Rhone Valley, France
Grapes are hand-picked from 60-year-old vines on a single vineyard site of steep granite terraces. The vineyards are located in Crozes-Hermitage, which is located in the Northern Rhone valley, on the left bank of the Rhone River. All work in the vineyards is done manually and without the use of pesticides or irrigation, respecting the local environment.
