Cherry-red colour with ruby red rim. Clean and medium intense aromas of ripe red berries, bay leaf and mineral touches and some cocoa as well. It is fresh at the entrance to the mouth and pleasant mouth feel where the red currant and wild strawberries memories reappear.

Try withcold cuts, light cheeses, and meat, and even blue fish.
