|Le Chateau Les Valentines covers a total of 35 hectares. The wine growing estate is classified AOC Cotes de Provence and is more than a century old. The previous owners used to bring their grape harvest to the local cooperative until we took over in 1997.We then decided to make our own wine, build a modern winery and called the Domain ”Les Valentines”, by the names of our children; Valentin & Clementine. It was an outstanding opportunity for us to fulfill our passion for wine in one of the most attractive part of south of France; the starting point of a new adventure in our life of past computer entrepreneurs in Paris.
