This line is from the well-respected Warburn Estate beautifully showcases all the strengths of Marl-borough Savvy. Features classic Kiwi SB aromas of grass, sweet herbs, asparagus and gooseberry, plus an intriguing array of tropical fruit flavours. Medium body with a fairly lengthy finish. My note: A grassy good Sauvignon with herbal flavours and some lime and lemon zest. Very refreshing and versatile with food. Food matches: mildly spicy shrimp dishes, pad Thai with lemon-grass chicken.

|Sourced from small parcels of low yielding vines inthe famous Marlborough region at the tip of the South Island of New Zealand.
Mussel Bay Sauvignon Blanc offers typicity of style and outstanding quality at an exceptional price.
The south and west of the Marlborough region are mountainous; however lying between these two areas is the long straight valley of the Wairau River. This broadens to a wide plain at its eastern end, in the centre of which stands the town of Blenheim.
Offering rich fertile soils, alluvial river beds and temperate weather this region has become the heart of the New Zealand wine industry.
