Wine maker notes
Produced from 20 hectares of vineyards consisting of limestone plateaus over deep-lying clay and silt located in eastern Bordeaux in southwest France along the Dordogne River. Defined by a pleasant bouquet of fresh red fruits on the nose. Well-balanced with smooth and silky tannins. Vinified in stainless steel, with 1/3 of the wine aged in a combination of new and previously-used French oak barrels for 12 months, then blended with the wine that rested in stainless steel tanks.
70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc
Pairs well with a wide variety of red and white meats.
