McWilliam’s has for many years crafted wines with fruit sourced from the cooler, high altitude sites situated along the great Dividing Range. Tumbarumba Chardonnay has distinctive regional style and this is no exception showing white flowers, stone fruits, citrus and cashew nuts, with racy acidity providing freshness and length.
There have been few other wineries throughout Australia who have witnessed and helped shape the evolution of the Australian Wine Industry as McWilliam’s. In key regions, at the turning point of innovation and on the days of many wine shows, you can find McWilliam’s. It’s because great wines are made by great people.
Our philosophy of ensuring quality comes first dates back to1877 and is the driving force behind our success today. In 2009 alone, McWilliam’s was awarded 40 trophies and 889 medals at wine shows across Australia.
Throughout the last century and well into this one, McWilliam’s has branched out into the regions, brands, varietals and styles that wine lovers seek, showcasing more than 130 years of innovation and exploration.
We’re proud of our success and passionate about the relationships we have formed over six generations, and we are extremely proud to present our wines to you.
