An intense nose of white flower aromas, peach and ripe apricot, underlined with citrus notes. Loaded with fresh fruit aromas, La Petite Maison is medium-bodied, crisp and refreshing, and will provide immense pleasure within its 2-year drinking window. Enjoy it on its own or with fresh fish.
The vineyards of La Petite Maison are located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, on sandy ochre clay soils mixed with limestone scree from the mountain. Each parcel of vines is harvested at a moment of peak aroma, fresh-ness and balance, to accentuate the subtle natural fruit enhancement of these soils with soft, vibrant aromatics and a crisp, full-bodied balance. Winemaking is a hands-off approach, maintaining this natural fruit in concrete tanks with as little pressing as possible. A gateway between the Rhone Valley and Provence, the Mont Ventoux is a gentle giant, sheltering its vineyards from the merciless Mistral wind. An amazing range of geological formations and micro-climates provides terroir-driven wines with a colorful palette of subtle flavors.
