Molto! Malbec is produced from a single parcel located in Argentina’s Lujan de Cuyo, one of Mendoza’s most renowned areas for growing Malbec. The vines are flood irrigated, Parral trained on overhead pergolas and planted to sandy loam over clay. The fruit is sourced from vines that are an average of 40 years old. Using French yeasts, the wine was fermented at low temperatures with pump overs twice/day and spent 21 days on its skins. Aged briefly in French and American oak.
