A fresh, pale gold colour, with a blend of aromas reminiscent of ripe, tropical fruits, over underlying hints of apple and fennel. Silky on the palate with a good acid structure and prolonged finish.

Wine maker notes
The name Santa Digna was given to the crosses marking the district boundaries of a land. These crosses served to delimit territories and symbolised good fortune and protection for those who were leaving for other climes.
Since arriving in Chile in 1979, the Torres Family have been enthralled by its majestic landscapes and vineyards. Nowhere else in the world are vines grown in such a magical setting: between the cold Pacific Ocean, the mysterious southern forests, the burning desert and the eternal snows of the Andes Mountain glaciers. Stone crosses called ”Santa Digna” separated these landscapes from arable land, symbolizing fortune and prosperity. Made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc, whose fruit is small, thickskinned and with a slightly musky flavour. It yields well-structured wines with an exotic and delicate elegance.
Can be taken as an aperitif, or with fish, baked, broiled or served in mild sauces. Best served at 10șC.
Our family, generation after generation, has passed down the secret of making great wines and the love of the land. This tradition and a vision for the future has transformed Torres into a renowned company whose products can now be found in more than 140 countries.
