Wine maker notes
Our Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is the finest expression of this popular varietal. The rolling hills of the Central Coast provide excellent soil drainage and consistently dry summers create the perfect growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is aged in oak casks for 14 months prior to bottling.
Ideal with short ribs braised in red wine.
Terroir - soils, climate and people - imbues a wine region with a distinct sense of place. These unique qualities allow select varietals to thrive. Just as every major city has a signature landmark, every major winegrowing region has a signature varietal. The varietals within these regions express a character, a style and a sense of place that is wholly their own.
The world’s finest winegrowing regions boast a best-of-class varietal that represents the global benchmark of quality for that varietal - the standard by which all others are held. The vision behind UNPARALLELED is to make these best-of-class (or best-of-region) wines accessible to all wine lovers.
