Ch√Ęteau de Haute-Serre is recognisable by its deep ruby robe that is always clear and shiny. In addition to the, often candied, red fruit are nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and roasted bean aromas from new barrels. On the palate the tannins are velvety, very refined and dense.
