A medium hue with a very rich bouquet that creates the impression of having found a wine of conspicuous harmony. A wine that after several years of cellaring becomes even more enjoyable. Color: straw-yellow to golden yellow Bouquet: a strong bouquet of ripe fruit with a variety of aromas (apricots, tropical fruit, vanilla) Flavor: strong, balanced, and savoury, an interesting play of acidity in the mouth, harmoniously juicy and rich with a pleasant fullness

Wine maker notes
This wine, full of character, comes from selected individual vineyards stocked with vines grafted to slowgrowing rootstock and trained on wire trellises (Guyot) or on the pergola. The grapes of this cuvee grow under the best conditions on the valley floor around the village of Cortina s.s.d.v.. The favourable location of the vineyards, the ideal amount of sun, and the fine ventilation of the vines assure the ripening of grapes of exceptional quality.

Food pairing
Appetizers, fish and vegetable-based main dishes, white meats

In our winegrowing region whose tradition already achieved fame during the period of the Roman emperors, wine, culture, and art have been closely intertwined throughout history: Alto Adige South Tyrol has been shaped by countless generations of winegrowers as a land of quality wines. The cultivation of vineyards has been an important part of our family history for almost a century. The third generation still shows the same enthusiasm for wine. Culture and nature, tradition and innovation, great respect and development, I love and live my environment. Peter Zemmer
