Pommard, in the heart of the Cote de Beaune region, produces one of France’s most renowned AOC wines. The village lies on a pronounced slope which is at altitudes of between 250 and 330 metres above sea-level and enjoy an easterly and south-easterly aspect. This appellation has 28 Premiers Crus which the most famous are “Les Rugiens” and “Les Epenots”.

Founded in 1720, Champy is both the first established wine house of Burgundy and a pioneer of the Burgundy vineyard for its rational practice of organic and sustainable farming methods.
