From the Pinot Noir grape, this is a light, round wine, full of red fruit aromas, and is made in thermo-regulated tanks. Serve between 10°and 12°C. It goes perfectly with cold cuts, poultry, and red meats, as well as any French cheese.
|The Neveu family, viticulteurs father and son, have been based in the heart of the Chavignol vineyards for generations, and today carry on the tradition of the great Sancerrois vignerons.
Valerie (Andre Neveu’s daughter), and her husband Thomas, now run the domaine that extends to about 13 hectares of vines of AOC Sancerre red, white and rose.
They harvest, vinify and sell everything themselves.
