We select the best grapes and juice from the Chianti and Tuscan Hillsides utilizing the expertise of our winemaking team at the renowned estate of Castello di Volpaia. Lorenzo Regoli and Riccardo Cotarella give their everyday contribution to the project. Lorenzo is a skillfull agronomist and enologist as well as the director fo Castello di Volpaia. Riccardo doesn’t need any presentation: brother of Renzo Cotarella CEO of Antonori is one of the most reknown enologists in Italy.
