Vinous 91 points - The 2013 Pinot Noir Ashley’s is one of the more overt wines in the Fess Parker range, with generous, resonant fruit and an open-knit personality to match. The style is juicy, opulent and forward, with plenty of character. Sweet red cherries, flowers, spices, mint and French oak are laced into the voluptuous finish. Today the oak is a bit prominent, but that should be less of an issue with time. The 2013 spent 18 months in French oak, 42% new.
