Wine Advocate 89 points - The grapes for the 2014 Amayna Sauvignon Blanc get to six degrees Celsius, and the next day they are crushed and the must ferments in stainless steel tanks. 2014 had lower yields because of some spring frost. It’s quite tropical (because of the clone they use here) and also has some citric hints, with some notes of hay and straw. The palate has very good balance between volume, freshness/acidity and marine/saline sensations. Amayna is always harvested some three weeks later than Boya, and the wines are always riper and more tropical. 50,400 bottles produced.
